Welcome to your Nutrition Program Onboarding! I’m so happy you’re here.

I can’t wait to see all that you accomplish over these next several weeks. Our time together will be transformational and you’ll realize results not just in your body but also your mind. Deciding to make a big change for yourself, putting in the hard work, and then seeing yourself hit your goals is powerful in a life changing way.

At the end of this program, you will have unlocked a whole new level of self confidence within yourself.

This program works and you will hit your goals, but only if you stay accountable and do the work.


Program Overview

You will be tracking your macronutrients, everyday, for the next few months.

The intake form you submit gave us a lot of information to go off of while designing your program. We use this information to calculate your daily macro numbers, which we feel will work best for you and your current goals. 

Remember, we can and will adjust your macros targets over the upcoming weeks as we gather more information about you and how your body is responding as you progress. 


Onboarding Checklist

This week prior to your program start is your Onboarding Week. Here we will catch you up on everything you need to know to be prepared and feel amazing for Day 1 of your Nutrition Plan.

To get started, there are a few action items for your to complete first:

  • Download and Log In to MPFIT App

  • Complete your Onboarding Lessons

Once you’ve downloaded your MPFIT App you’ll be able to begin working with your coach instantly. You will have received an email invite with a link to download and log into your app.

This entire Onboarding will take about 60 minutes to complete.

Plan to spend about 10-12 minutes on each of the five segments above. Pour yourself a cup of coffee, put your phone on Do Not Disturb, and click the arrows at the bottom of each lesson to continue advancing along your Onboarding Plan.
