With over a decade of experience in private nutrition and fitness coaching tailored to driven professionals, I recognize that while nutrition and exercise are essential; so too are lifestyle habits and stress management. My expertise lies in enhancing wellbeing and recovery to maximize performance, with a strong emphasis on sleep, stress management, and recovery, behavior change psychology, and yoga mindfulness.
