Private yoga sessions are a great way to fit yoga into a busy lifestyle and to deepen your yoga practice. 

 

Whether you're a beginner yogi learning proper form of the foundational poses or an advanced practitioner that would like to learn more advanced postures, private yoga sessions are completely customizable to your needs.

 

These 60 minute sessions can be designed as:

Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow, Restorative, or Yin Inspired Sessions

  • Yoga for Beginners: Learn yoga basics including level one poses and proper alignment
  • Yoga for Athletes: Are you a runner, weightlifter, Crossfit athlete, cyclist, or athlete of any type? This class is designed to move you through yoga poses functionally using yoga poses specifically sequenced to stretch common areas of tightness in athlete's bodies.
  • Body Specific Class: Core strength, hip opener class, hamstring/quad focus, etc...
  • Skill Work: Learn inversions, arm balances, twists, and other complex poses.
