Whether you're traveling, need to workout at home, are unable to get to the gym or your regular fitness class, or looking for some workouts you can do on your own ANYTIME, ANYWHERE these workouts are great burners!
Most of the workouts are bodyweight workouts --NO EQUIPMENT NECESSARY.
Others use a jump rope and/or dumbbells. If you don't have either on hand, that's ok! Get creative. Jumping jope can be replaced by jumping in place and dumbbells can be replaced with waterbottles, cans, etc!
