Small Group Training Sessions are perfect for your workout squad!

 

Our Small Group Training sessions are capped off at 4 people so you will still receive the customized programming and attention that you would during 1-on-1 personal training sessions but with the fun of your workout buddies and at a more affordable rate than one-on-one personal training sessions.

 

Both 45 minute and 60 minute sessions are available.
