Michelle Porter Fit is offering a FREE 4 WEEK NUTRITION & FITNESS FAT LOSS CHALLENGE providing all the tools necessary to lose the weight and get in shape.

 

In this free challenge group, you will receive:

GROUP NUTRITION COACHING

  • NUTRITION & FITNESS ASSESSMENT: Individual nutrition & fitness assessment
    • Prior to our first session, clients will complete an individual nutrition & fitness assessment to assess current nutrition and fitness, goals, lifestyle, habits, and dietary or health needs. 
  • 4 WEEK LEAN LIFESTYLE NUTRITION PLAN: 4 Weeks of meal planning, workout calendar, and all the tips & tricks needed to keep you on track to lose weight!
  • VIRTUAL GROUP COACHING SESSIONS: Four 60 minute group coaching sessions held via webinar. Sessions are scheduled in advance and are held once a week for four consecutive weeks.
  • During these four virtual sessions, you will learn:
