PINA COLADA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Pina Coladas and summer days are made for each other.

 For real though, who doesn’t love sipping on a Pina Colada poolside on a hot, hot, hot day? While the real deal Pinas can have a TON of calories, carbs, and sugar, my Pina Colada Protein Smoothie is straight up MAGIC.

This Pina Colada Smoothie Recipes tastes enough like the real deal, however it is full of protein and fiber while containing a fraction of the calories and sugar.

PINA COLADA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

PALEO FRIENDLY   GLUTEN-FREE    GRAIN-FREE    LOW SUGAR

TIME: 2 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup pineapple

  • ½ frozen banana

  • ½ cup FAGE Greek Yogurt

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 2 oz. coconut cream

  • 6 oz. coconut milk

  • handful of ice

  • Optional: steamed, frozen cauliflower chunks for thickness and fiber*

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).
