BLUEBERRY PEANUT BUTTER BLAST PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Healthy, low-sugar, high-protein smoothies are one of my favorite breakfast and snack options. Smoothies are easy to throw together, perfect on-the-go or as a quick meal option, and when made with an ample amount of quality protein, smoothies can be surprisingly filling.

 

This Blueberry Peanut Butter Blast Smoothie is my absolute favorite. Whenever I’m looking for a quick meal or snack option, this recipe has been my go-to smoothie for at least 5 years.

BLUEBERRY PEANUT BUTTER BLAST SMOOTHIE

PALEO FRIENDLY   GLUTEN-FREE    GRAIN-FREE    LOW SUGAR

TIME: 2 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1 TBSP peanut butter

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey

  • 1/4 c. coconut oil, melted

  • 6 oz. Water

  • 1 handful of ice

  • Optional: steamed, frozen cauliflower chunks for thickness and fiber*

 

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).
