SESAME ORANGE GINGER SAUCE - GLUTEN FREE

Chinese food is typically in the top 5 foods to avoid when working towards getting healthy and losing fat.

HIGH CALORIES.

HIGH SIMPLE CARBS.

HIGH SODIUM.

Tastes so good but feels so bad when the carb coma and sodium bloating hit.

If you're working towards getting healthy and have cleaned up your diet, chances are you have given up Chinese food at least for a little while.

If you're missing Chinese, I've got great news for you! My version of Sesame Orange Ginger Sauce tastes incredible and is actually HEALTHY for you.

GLUTEN FREE.   SOY FREE.   DAIRY FREE.   NUT FREE.

I like to use this sauce with chicken or shrimp and a variety of vegetables. You won't even miss the lo mein or rice.
