The month of November means heavy, earthy fruits and vegetables are in full swing.
As the cold weather sets in, so does the season for stews, soups, and roasted vegetables. When meal planning this month of November, think about heartier meals which substance as opposed to salads. Get creative with the variety of root vegetables and don't be afraid to mix fall fruits with your veggies.
Fall vegetables are also much better served warm so think about warm meals such as vegetable quinoa bowls, stews, roasted mixed vegetable creations, and riced cauliflower.
