BLUEBERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES

TIME: 10 minutes
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 cup oats (gluten-free)
1 egg white
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp water
1/4 c blueberries
In blender add: protein powder, oats, egg, cinnamon, vanilla, and water. Blend well.
Heat pan on stove over medium heat. Pour batter on hot pan and press blueberries into batter.
When pancake start to bubble, gently flip over and cook other side. Makes 2 pancakes.
