WARM CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

SERVING SIZE: 1 serving
TIME: less than 5 minutes!
6 oz almond milk
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1 TBSP peanut butter
1/2 tsp. cacao powder
DIRECTIONS: Place all ingredients in blender and blend well. Pour into a microwaveable mug and heat for 2 minutes (or heat in a saucepan on the stove until hot). Enjoy!
WARNING: Do not heat almond milk before blending. Hot liquids in the blender can cause the glass to explode. Even if you have a plastic blender, the heat inside the blender can make the lid difficult to remove and potentially cause burns from the hot liquid.
