Mondays can be tough on all of us. You've had a great weekend and now it's time to get back to the grind. While Monday mornings can be tough, here's a few ways to help get your week off to a great start:
MAKE YOUR TO-DO LIST FOR THE WEEK
Take 5 minutes to sit down and write your to-do list:
- Update your calendar and make sure all current appointments are listed
- List out any errands or other priorities for the upcoming week
- Don't forget to schedule your workouts too!
PICK OUT YOUR OUTFITS FOR THE WEEK
Picking out your outfits in advance for the upcoming week is life-changing. Getting ready in the morning is almost effortless when you don't have to think about pulling an outfit together.
While you're styling yourself for the week, you can take care of everything that needs ironed, steamed, or polished all at once instead of doing it every morning.
The best perk though is you'll look completely pulled together every day even when you're running late!
PACK IT UP
Get yourself together and pack up everything that you'll need to take with you when you run out the door in the morning. Not only will you save a ridiculous amount of time, you'll also be less likely to forget something important.
Don't forget to pack your:
- Lunch for the next day
- Tote/briefcase/backpack for work/school
- Gym bag
GET TO BED EARLY!
Set your alarm for Monday morning and get to bed early on Sunday night. Try to get 7 to 9 hours of sleep so you're well rested and ready to go.
You'll feel so much better heading into Monday if you're well rested.
