A custom nutrition program is the most successful way to reach your fat loss, health, and fitness goals.

All of our custom nutrition plans are created by a Licensed Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer with the goal to improve health and reduce body fat at the safest and most effective rate


THIS 6 WEEK VIRTUAL PROGRAM INCLUDES:

NUTRITION & FITNESS ASSESSMENT

You will receive a Nutrition & Fitness Assessment Form to assess your current nutrition and fitness, goals, lifestyle, habits, and dietary or health needs. 

After completing your assessment form, we will have a 30-minute prescheduled assessment call via phone or video chat.

During this time I want to learn what your day-to-day life is like, set achievable health and fitness goals, and fine tune any additional details needed to create a successful custom nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle. 

 

CUSTOM NUTRITION PLAN

Your eating habits will account for 80% of your journey to lean body mass and fat loss. In your custom nutrition plan, you will receive:

personalized macro breakdown recommendations, calorie intake recommendations, suggestive meal plans, grocery shopping list, list of approved foods, list of foods to avoid, snack ideas, and other meal prep tips.

Unlike a general nutrition plan or fad diet, this custom plan is developed specifically for you and takes into consideration:

  • Your body
  • Your goals
  • Your lifestyle
  • Your habits
  • Your dietary needs/restrictions (including food allergies and intolerances such as: gluten, lactose, nuts, soy, etc.)

In addition, you will receive plenty of tips and tricks to stay on track!

 

PERSONALIZED STRENGTH TRAINING & CARDIO PROGRAM

While proper nutrition accounts for most of fat loss, strength training and conditioning is also important to lose fat and preserve lean body mass.

Tight abs and firm butts!

Based on the information received during your assessment, you will receive a specific strength training and cardio program for you to follow. 

This program will change every 6 weeks, as you meet your fitness goals. 

 

CONSTANT MOTIVATION & ACCOUNTABILITY

Via a google doc, we monitor your progress week to week tracking goals.

We will speak weekly for during pre-scheduled check-in sessions via phone or video chat to provide motivation, education, accountability, or to tweak your plan along the way.
